About you

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our clients, client relationship managers, and development team to understand their requirements and translate them into engaging and functional UI designs. You will also be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, conducting usability testing, and providing feedback on user experience (UX) and design improvements. You will be working in a creative team of designers and developers to ensure that the final solution meets with the client’s strategic requirements.

• A passion for design and storytelling, with a thorough understanding of web architecture, best practice, principles, accessibility requirements and methodologies
• Keeps up to date with contemporary design, usability trends and emerging technologies
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking with a strategic foundation
• Pushes creative thinking beyond the conventional to develop engaging interactive experiences
• A collaborative mindset and experienced in both delivering your own projects and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients
• Comfortable leading design end-to-end, from ideation through to development hand over
• Understands and respects brand guidelines and client requirements
• Naturally curious with a passion for learning & improvement (and doesn’t take themselves or life too seriously)
• Confident in planning & prioritising your workload to remain organised in a dynamic work environment

Minimum 3 years’ experience of UI design is essential

A flexible attitude with experience of working in an agency environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
